All Vie Credit Advisors operate as appointed Credit Representatives of our own ACL (Australian Credit Licence) and as such are required to complete extensive industry training along with our very own Vie mentoring program before being permitted to engage with our customers in their own capacity as an Advisor – this combination ensures the service provided throughout our offices is consistent and first-class.
As an Australian Credit Licensee, Vie Finance & Insurance and all our appointed representatives uphold the highest degree of integrity in everything that we do. Our general obligations to our customers are as simple as acting efficiently, honestly and fairly, being competent to engage in credit activities, consistently acting in our customer’s best interests and at all times operating with complete transparency.
Each of our Credit Advisors hold a Certificate IV in Financial Services (FNS40804) and Diploma in Financial Services (FNS50504) and are full members of the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia) which is the most highly regarded industry body in Australia for financial service advisors. Vie Finance & Insurance, all our independently owned and operated franchises, and every Credit Advisor engaged under Vie are also members of AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority).
