Cashback Offers Available

Up to $3,000 cashback is available for eligible home loan refinances from a specific lender. To qualify, applications must be submitted from 15 June 2024 and settle within 120 days. A minimum new lending amount of $700,000 and a maximum loan-to-value ratio (LVR) of 80% apply.

This offer is available to owner-occupiers and investors but excludes refinances, restructures, switches, or top-ups with the same lender. It is not available for owner-occupied loans with interest-only repayments. Only one cashback will be paid per eligible loan application, and in the case of multiple applications, one cashback per security property applies.

The cashback will be paid within 60 days of settlement into an eligible transaction account. Terms, conditions, fees, and lending criteria apply. This offer is provided by a specific lender and may be withdrawn or varied at any time.
