Property Finance Advisor - Devonport

Ready to build meaningful client relationships and make a genuine difference at every stage of the property journey?

The Opportunity

Vie Finance & Insurance is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Property Finance Advisor based at our Devonport office.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their circumstances, goals and future plans - then guide them through the lending process with clarity, confidence and care.

From the first conversation through to approval and settlement, you will simplify complex lending decisions, identify suitable finance options and professionally manage each stage of the client journey.

This is more than writing home loans. It is an opportunity to become a trusted advisor, build long-term relationships and help clients achieve some of life’s biggest milestones.

The Role

As a Property Finance Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting the continued growth of the Devonport office while delivering an exceptional experience for every client.

Working closely with the Franchise Principal and broader team, you will manage property finance enquiries, conduct client appointments, develop lending strategies and coordinate applications through to settlement.

You will combine strong lending knowledge with a natural ability to connect with people - taking the time to understand what matters to each client and providing guidance that aligns with their individual circumstances and longer-term goals.

Whether you are helping someone purchase their first home, refinance an existing loan, invest in property or take their next step, you will make the process feel clear, considered and genuinely personal.
