A 3-step mentorship program with Vie Finance & Insurance and Harcourts - guiding Tasmanians from planning to purchase.
Buying your first home doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. The First Home Buyer Mentorship Program, delivered by Vie Finance & Insurance in partnership with Harcourts, gives you expert guidance at every stage - from understanding your borrowing power to celebrating with a bold sold sticker on settlement day. It’s designed to make your journey clear, supported, and stress-free.
Next, you’ll join Harcourts for a practical, hands-on session focused on finding and securing the right home.
You’ll discover how to identify a property that suits your needs and budget, what to look for during inspections, and how to read between the lines on contracts and hidden costs. Harcourts will also walk you through making an offer and negotiating with confidence, so you’re ready to move quickly when you find “the one.”
By the end of this session, you’ll feel prepared to make strong, informed offers - and take the next step toward owning your first home.
With your plan set and a property in sight, your Vie Property Finance Advisor will guide you through pre-approval so the process is fast, clear, and stress-free.
We handle the paperwork, submit your application, and flag any issues early to keep things on track.
Once you’re approved, we coordinate with lenders and solicitors, and we can even organise your Home & Contents Insurance - making sure everything is ready for settlement. So, when the sold sticker goes up, you’ll have peace of mind knowing every detail has been expertly handled.
Julie-ann has been the greatest help while purchasing my first home. I went into the process not knowing anything! Julie-ann always kept me in the loop, offered guidance, and checked in on how I was going. I can’t thank the team at Vie enough for being so fast and reliable.
Working with Missy and the Vie team for our first home loan was a dream. Right from the start I felt like we had the exact guidance and support we were looking for. Missy is so easy to get along with and she has a way of explaining things, so they feel simple and understandable.
